NUFIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUFIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C14orf180, AVP, and CABP5. Each is linked with NUFIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-NUFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C14orf180 grouped by NUFIP2-low versus NUFIP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
