NUFIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUFIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUFIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB9BP1, RNU6-634P, and SUMO2P5. Each is linked with NUFIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-NUFIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB9BP1 grouped by NUFIP1-low versus NUFIP1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUFIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUFIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
