NUDT8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,772 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R9B, CDH1, and CLUH. Each is linked with NUDT8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT8-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT8 versus PPP1R9B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
