NUDT8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,107 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYT11, ADPRH, and ANK2. Each is linked with NUDT8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT8-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT8 versus SYT11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
