Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,379 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Butyryl-CoA catabolic process, Propionyl-CoA metabolic process, and Malonyl-CoA catabolic process. Each is linked with NUDT8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT8-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT8 results are reported.
