Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDT7 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher NUDT7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LGG, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where NUDT7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
