NUDT7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,340 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CFDP1, DHX38, and MKI67_S308. Each is linked with NUDT7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT7-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT7 versus CFDP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
