NUDT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 402 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA15P2, MIR3193, and MIR4727. Each is linked with NUDT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT7-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CA15P2 grouped by NUDT7-low versus NUDT7-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
