NUDT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, MEK1, and Myosin-IIa. Each is linked with NUDT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT7-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by NUDT7-low versus NUDT7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
