NUDT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT7 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,036 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECPAS, EPG5, and SLC15A1. Each is linked with NUDT7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT7-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECPAS grouped by NUDT7-low versus NUDT7-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
