Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDT6 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher NUDT6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
MESO, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where NUDT6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
