NUDT6

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,691 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, RRBP1, and MYEF2_S17. Each is linked with NUDT6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT6-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT6 results are reported.
