NUDT6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,116 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMPR2, EARS2, and ABHD14B. Each is linked with NUDT6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT6-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT6 versus GMPR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
