NUDT21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,530 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, OGFOD1, and CFDP1. Each is linked with NUDT21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT21-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT21 versus DHX38 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT21→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
