NUDT18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,310 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP155, NAT1, and CCDC25. Each is linked with NUDT18 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT18-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT18 versus NUP155 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT18→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
