NUDT18

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT18 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NUDT18 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NUDT18 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CESC show a favorable association.

UCEC, KICH, and CESC are the cancer types where NUDT18 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
