NUDT18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,190 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT18-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPC25, BEND3, and SYPL1P2. Each is linked with NUDT18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT18-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT18 versus SPC25 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT18→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
