Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,382 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT18-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM160B2, MARCHF2, and REEP4. Each is linked with NUDT18 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT18-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT18 results are reported.
