Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,456 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine deoxyribonucleoside diphosphate metabolic process, Vacuole fusion, and Late endosome to lysosome transport. Each is linked with NUDT18 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT18-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT18 results are reported.
