Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT16L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,897 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT16L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, CAMP/PKA signal transduction, and Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with NUDT16L1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT16L1-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT16L1 results are reported.
