NUDT13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEU2, RN7SKP60, and MIR6877. Each is linked with NUDT13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT13-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEU2 grouped by NUDT13-low versus NUDT13-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
