NUDT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf15, OR6W1P, and SREBF2-AS1. Each is linked with NUDT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT1-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C2orf15 grouped by NUDT1-low versus NUDT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
