NUDCD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDCD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,805 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDCD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFATC2IP, BOD1, and KIAA1191. Each is linked with NUDCD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDCD2-to-partner and partner-to-NUDCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDCD2 versus NFATC2IP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
