NUDCD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6515, HMHB1, and RNU5D-2P. Each is linked with NUDCD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDCD2-to-partner and partner-to-NUDCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6515 grouped by NUDCD2-low versus NUDCD2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
