NUDC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 394 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8C1P, OR51C1P, and RNU6-72P. Each is linked with NUDC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDC-to-partner and partner-to-NUDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8C1P grouped by NUDC-low versus NUDC-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
