NUCKS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUCKS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,098 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUCKS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, IPO9, and NUCKS1_S181. Each is linked with NUCKS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCKS1-to-partner and partner-to-NUCKS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUCKS1 versus POGZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUCKS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUCKS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
