Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUCKS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,878 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUCKS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLK2, ACBD6, and C1orf56. Each is linked with NUCKS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCKS1-to-partner and partner-to-NUCKS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUCKS1 versus CLK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUCKS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUCKS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
