Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUCKS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,194 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUCKS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TERF2IP, RCL1, and PUM3. Each is linked with NUCKS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCKS1-to-partner and partner-to-NUCKS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUCKS1 versus TERF2IP in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of -0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUCKS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUCKS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
