NUCB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUCB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUCB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDX4, CNGA3, and MSGN1. Each is linked with NUCB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUCB2-to-partner and partner-to-NUCB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDX4 grouped by NUCB2-low versus NUCB2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUCB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUCB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
