NUBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,112 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STUB1, PARN, and NASP. Each is linked with NUBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUBP2-to-partner and partner-to-NUBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUBP2 versus STUB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
