Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 479 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL326P, RPA2P3, and MIR8076. Each is linked with NUBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUBP2-to-partner and partner-to-NUBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL326P grouped by NUBP2-low versus NUBP2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
