NUAK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUAK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,523 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUAK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, PFKP_S386, and THOC2_T1385. Each is linked with NUAK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUAK2-to-partner and partner-to-NUAK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUAK2 versus SMC1A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
