Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUAK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,014 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPH, CLDN16, and PCDHB14. Each is linked with NUAK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUAK2-to-partner and partner-to-NUAK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUAK2 versus CENPH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
