NUAK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUAK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,924 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARS1P1, RNA5SP410, and MIR4510. Each is linked with NUAK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUAK2-to-partner and partner-to-NUAK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CARS1P1 grouped by NUAK2-low versus NUAK2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
