Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUAK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,858 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUAK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Platelet aggregation, Positive regulation of hippo signaling, and Homotypic cell-cell adhesion. Each is linked with NUAK2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUAK2-to-partner and partner-to-NUAK2 results are reported.
