NUAK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUAK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP10, C4orf50, and TRIM77. Each is linked with NUAK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUAK2-to-partner and partner-to-NUAK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMP10 grouped by NUAK2-low versus NUAK2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
