NTSR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTSR2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,698 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPA, MMEL1, and SLC9C1. Each is linked with NTSR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTSR2-to-partner and partner-to-NTSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LPA grouped by NTSR2-low versus NTSR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
