NTSR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTSR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,301 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTSR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZKSCAN1, SORBS1_S259, and SORBS1_S556. Each is linked with NTSR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTSR1-to-partner and partner-to-NTSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTSR1 versus ZKSCAN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
