Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTSR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,901 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTSR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of arachidonate secretion, Negative regulation of release of sequestered calcium ion into cytosol, and Negative regulation of type B pancreatic cell apoptotic process. Each is linked with NTSR1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTSR1-to-partner and partner-to-NTSR1 results are reported.
