Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIRPD, TNP1, and WDR72. Each is linked with NTSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTSR1-to-partner and partner-to-NTSR1 results are reported.
