NTS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTS-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP20-3, RPL22P14, and RNU6-147P. Each is linked with NTS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTS-to-partner and partner-to-NTS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP20-3 grouped by NTS-low versus NTS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
