NTRK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTRK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,107 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTRK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf96, CNN1, and DDAH2. Each is linked with NTRK3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTRK3-to-partner and partner-to-NTRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTRK3 versus C11orf96 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
