NTRK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTRK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,300 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL12A1, COL1A2, and DDI1. Each is linked with NTRK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTRK3-to-partner and partner-to-NTRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTRK3 versus COL12A1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
