NTRK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTRK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,588 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELLS, CCL14, and CENPM. Each is linked with NTRK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTRK3-to-partner and partner-to-NTRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HELLS grouped by NTRK3-low versus NTRK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
