NTRK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTRK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Cyclin-B1, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with NTRK3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTRK3-to-partner and partner-to-NTRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by NTRK3-low versus NTRK3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
