NTRK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTRK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,237 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM2, KCNQ5, and JAKMIP3. Each is linked with NTRK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTRK2-to-partner and partner-to-NTRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTRK2 versus NPM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
