NTN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,173 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NONO, UBA2, and CNPY4. Each is linked with NTN5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN5-to-partner and partner-to-NTN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTN5 versus NONO in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
