Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NTN5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NTN5 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher NTN5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NTN5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and PAAD show a favorable association.
COAD, ACC, and OV are the cancer types where NTN5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
