Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,978 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM9, DHODH, and FAM126A. Each is linked with NTN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN5-to-partner and partner-to-NTN5 results are reported.
