Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,172 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with NTN5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN5-to-partner and partner-to-NTN5 results are reported.
